  • Electronic Monitoring – in lieu of jail time, allowing clients be at home and eligible for work release programs

    • GPS Tracking (no landline needed)
    • Home Alcohol Monitoring (no landline needed)
    • Domestic Violence Offender Monitoring
    • From August 2008 through December 2010 we served 247 clients
      • Prevented 6,429 days of incarceration
      • Average length of monitoring per client was 26 days
      • Saved local counties/cities $22,169/month ($100/day incarceration costs)
      • Saved local counties/cities $643,900 of incarceration costs in the past 29 months
